职位描述

I. Background Information

Position Title: Service Integration Manager
Function/Department: IT
Location: Asia Pacific
Reports to: Regional Enterprise Sustain Service Director
Required travel frequency: N/A

II. Purpose

The Service Integration Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the day to day operations for the ITIL functions for which they are responsible in the region. ITIL Service Delivery (Service Level Mgt, Capacity Mgt, Service Continuity, Availability Mgt.) and Service Support functions (Incident Mgt., Problem Mgt., Configuration Mgt, Change Mgt., Release Mgt,).

III. Areas of Responsibility

- Provides tactical day to day leadership for the ITIL functions
- Manages the analytical, technical, and administrative work in the planning, design, development and execution of the IT Standardized Work Processes
- Facilitate, and support the process improvement of the IT Service Management function to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify and address operational issues and communicate exceptions as necessary
- Manages and resolves cross-supplier disputes
- Facilitates regular multi-supplier meetings to ensure IT direction is communicated and solicit feedback
- Design and implement improvements based on evaluation of the existing service support framework
- Facilitate process governance meetings in a multi-supplier environment
- Prepare and facilitate operations meetings

IV. Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies
Knowledge:
- Solid knowledge in IT infrastructure and application areas.
- Professional technical certificates preferred.

Skills/ Competencies:
- Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
- Service and customer oriented
- Process oriented & disciplined
- High degree of analytical skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
- Operational experience working in a multi-supplier operations environment
- Experience working collaboratively with a global team in different time zones

Experience/Education:
- 5+ years of IT operations management experience.
- 3+ years' experience with implementation of ITIL processes or associated framework.
- Degree in a computer or information sciences or technical degree with IT experience.
- Certification in ITIL foundation. ITIL manager preferred.
- Large multi-national company working experience preferred.
