Responsibility:

?Test lab operation(testing schedule, equipment management, timely generation of accurate test reports)
?Work involves managing technical equipment and testing, providing technical evaluation and generating accurate test reports on a timely basis. Independent judgment is required with some direction from the supervisor
?Assist J.V engineering/other customers on an as needed basis, to identify necessary/critical tests

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

Knowledge:
?Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.
?Knowledge of automotive electronics, wiring harness systems, fusing system, relays etc.
?Understand technical standards, part specifications, critical part characteristics and required process controls.
?Experience in problem investigation and root cause analysis
?Experience with GM process, systems and standards is desirable

Skill:
?Demonstrated high level of interpersonal communication skills to effectively lead, motivate, and facilitate others in group situations and instruct others in new techniques.
?Highly proficient oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
?Basic PC skills, email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
?Proficient in math data access and interpretation, and part measurement.
?Ability to effectively organize and plan.

Experience/Education:
?5 or more years experience in running test lab
?Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree desirable highly organized
?Ability to effectively organize and plan workloads

?High level of personal integrity
