岗位职责：
1、负责客户端和网站的测试工作；
2、制定测试计划,并根据测试需求分析，设计，开发测试用例，确定优先级；
3、参与业务需求讨论会议，了解业务需求；
4、负责测试用例评审以及评审问题的跟踪；
5、参与性能测试的执行，进行必要的压力测试；
6、准确定位缺陷，协助缺陷解决；
7、负责软件开发的单元测试、集成测试、性能测试和系统测试等；
8、保证上线版本的质量，在release之后做Smoking Test，及时通报bug；

岗位要求：
1、2年以上软件测试工作经验；
2、了解软件开发流程，掌握基本的测试方法；
3、良好的英语读写能力；
4、熟练使用类似Jira, Bugfree等Test Management工具；
5、对web,wap方面知识有所了解，了解HTML,CSS,Javascript等；
6、良好的沟通能力、协作能力和学习能力；
7、有责任心、诚实、正直、客观，有良好的团队合作精神；
