Responsibility:

• Carry out technical training to the network technicians of OEM inside mainland China
• Follow OEM global training policy, keep standards and quality of training according to OEM network
• Follow up and report training result, satisfaction and progress
• Maintain, update and develop related training files, e.g. student books and PPT when necessary
• Maintain, update and develop related training tools, spare parts and accessories when necessary
• Training contents are: usage of OEM electronic repair manual, electrical drawing, use of diagnose Special tool, the assembly and disassembly of engine, transmission and axles, basic knowledge of electricity, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent on engineering subjects
• Fluent English and Mandarin speaker
• 5 and above years working experience on repair workshop &training, manufacturing or engineering of automobiles
• Fluent knowledge of training contents mentioned above, experience of European brands will be a plus
• Like to work with people and open minded, like to share knowledge with people
• Experienced user of workshop tools and equipments, office software, computer and other OA system; can use and demonstrate from safety and efficiency manner.
• Willing to learn and good at self-study, skilled in practical ability
• Healthy, travel domestically and internationally will be required.
