职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-The Noise and Vibration Integration Engineer will be part of a team responsible for full vehicle noise and vibration performance.
-This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level NVH activities, including:
1. Lead NVH development in vehicle development projects
2. Create development and validation plans to schedule and justify physical property needs.
3. Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that solutions are balanced for all areas of vehicle performances, including road noise, energy & drive quality, and ride & handling.
4. Physically perform N&V hardware test work required to support development & validation, including: LMS Test Lab, Head Acoustic or similar software experience is preferred.
5. Perform frequent and thorough subjective evaluations of vehicle noise performance, and participate in program milestone ride trips as required.
6. Provide frequent performances status updates to program lead development engineer.
7. Author evaluation reports, validation reports, etc
Qualification:
-Bachelor or above, Vehicle/Mechanical Engineering MSc preferred
-3 years (above) work experience in vehicle integration and testing (NVH) preferably at an OEM
-Ability to recognise, measure, and identify disturbances, using industry standard measuring equipment.
-Experience in vehicle function integration development (NVH), benchmarking, target setting.
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English
-Driving licence required.
