职位描述
Job Responsibility:
-The Test & Validation Lead Engineer will lead a team responsible for full vehicle development & integration. This position primarily requires the individual to lead complete vehicle level testing and validation activates including:
1. Work closely with other program integration team members to ensure that solutions are balanced for all areas of vehicle performance, including safety, NVH, aero, cooling, and thermal management
2. Provide a though testing & validation service in support of the integration team.
3. Provide timely performance status updates to the management team & customers.
4. Define test programme and associated resource plans
5. Manage other team members
6. Travel as necessary to support individual projects.
Qualification:
-Bachelor or above, Vehicle/Mechanical Engineering MSc preferred
-5 years (above) work experience in vehicle integration and testing (NVH) preferably at an OEM, including instrumentation and data acquisition as well as signal analysis (specific training will be provided for the right candidate)
-Strong project management skills
-Working knowledge of safety, NVH, component and vehicle testing.
-Driving licence-preferably advanced, Summer & Winter experience
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English
