职位描述:

岗位职责

1. 及时高效地解决用户计算机使用中碰到的软硬件故障，及时反馈解决结果，并到相应的记录故障、故障产生的原因以及解决方法；

2. 采取合适的措施防范用户计算机感染病毒，防范病毒在公司网络内传播，出现病毒感染事件及时处理；

3.维护管理服务器，确保公司服务器运行正常；
4.保证公司办公网络的正常运行；
5. 维护公司电脑周边设备；
6. 全面管理、统计、维护涉及IT的固定资产；
7. 保证公司机房环境的正常运营。

任职要求

1.大专以上学历，计算机、信息管理相关专业，2－3年相关工作经验；
2. 对Windows域环境有一定了解，能够熟练管理域资源。熟悉操作Windows系统(系统安装、系统优化、系统还原)，了解计算机硬件；
3. 熟悉电脑周边设备（打印机、扫描仪、传真机、复印机、投影仪等）安装与维护；
4. 对弱电方面有一定了解（能够管理电话交换机及门禁系统）；
5. 熟悉网络布线（电话、网线）；
6. 能够担负起公司日常网络维护工作；

7.会使用AutoCAD、3Dmax软件者优先考虑。

Responsibilities:

1.Timely and efficient solution to the user's computer hardware and software failures encountered in use, timely feedback, and record the corresponding failures, failure causes and solutions;

2.Take appropriate measures to prevent the user's computer infected with viruses, prevent virus spread within the corporate network, timely processing of viral infections;

3.Server maintenance and management, ensure the server is running properly;

4.To ensure the normal operation of office network in the company;

5.Maintenance company computer peripherals;

6.Overall management, statistics, maintenance of IT fixed assets;

7.To ensure IT room environment in normal operations.

Requirements:

1.College education, major in computer or information, 2-3 years of relevant professional work experience;

2.On a certain understanding of a Windows domain environment, able to skillfully manage domain resources; familiar with Windows operating system (system installation, system optimization, system restore) to understand the computer hardware;

3.Familiar with computer peripherals (printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, projectors, etc.) installation and maintenance;

4.Have some understanding of the weak electricity (to manage telephone switch and the access control system);

5.Familiar with the network cabling (telephone, cable);

6.Able to assume the daily network maintenance work;

7.Can use AutoCAD, 3Dmax software is preferred.
