Title: CAD China Financial Analyst

Location: Shanghai

Report to: CAD Division Finance Manager

Department: CAD-General

Position Summary:

This individual will have primary responsibility for the routine financial and business analysis & reporting for CAD China including booking, revenue, cost, expense, AR, AP, inventory, and backlog, and coordinating and supporting the budget and forecast processes. This person should have the desire and ability to take on additional finance responsibilities as necessary.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Prepare various routine reports such as weekly SIOP, cash collection, inventory, backlog, bi-weekly business performance and other data as necessary for each BU in CAD China.
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable aging and bad debt estimation, inventory excess and obsolescence to accurate reflect reserves and accruals.
• Perform analysis on overdue backlog, work with CSR team and BU sales to turn the backlog into revenue.
• Retrieve P&L reports for each BU from HFM, analyze the performance (booking, revenue, cost and expense) and report the result timely to finance manager and BU sales manager.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review for CAD China.
• Assist in the planning and budgeting process, includes annual operating plan, monthly R&O, cash collection forecast, billing forecast etc. Coordinate with CAD CSR team, share service and oversea factory to ensure the accuracy of the forecast.
• Assist division finance manager to set up standard business operating flow within the division.
• Understand the importance of internal control and can provide constructive suggestion to enhance the current process flow.
• Assist the division finance manager with the control of AR/AP aging and inventory management.
• Assist the division finance manager with the control of AR/AP aging and inventory management.
• Various other duties as requested by the line manager.

Educational Qualifications:

• College degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related

Experience Qualifications:

• Above 2 years working experience in relevant position for a multinational commercial operation is preferred;
• Good knowledge of finance analysis, reporting and internal control;
• Sensitive to numbers and eager to do research and studies for any unexpected result or variance;
• Strong track record of accurate and timely financial reporting;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with internal and external contacts;
• Must be proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English languages;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP system;
• High degree of initiative;
• Potential to learn and grow.
