Responsibilities

1、Have independent ability to work to complete the design. Independently design, can operate independently in all aspects of design projects

2、Analysis of target customer needs, to fully understand customer intent, to ensure the quality of creative work, and actively communicate with customers and project team to ensure that project design in all of the full understanding and recognition of conditions which have been successfully implemented;

3、Specification drawings to work out the plans well before the self-test, to ensure the quality and standard drawings;

4、Familiar with construction techniques and all kinds of decoration materials, with independent ability to handle projects;

5、Good communication, accurate and complete to express their design ideas;

6、Strong sense of responsibility, with team spirit, good communication with customers, have strong communication skills to negotiate.

Qualifications:

1、Interior design and related major(Architecture / Interior Design / Environmental Design);

2、Completion of a full set of construction drawings and built drawing-autocad;

3、Good computer graphics and hand-painting.Familiar with 3DMAX, CAD, LIGHTSCAPE, PHOTOSHOP, SKETCH UP and office software;

4、The main case can be independent and able to complete a full set of designs, with designer qualification, should have the ability to communicate with customers, more than five years of interior design and site design work experience;

5、Good ability of design and construction drawing, rich and medium-sized engineering design and construction experience;

6、Able to complete the major task of the overall design work and assist the construction site to handle the relationship between the two parties to resolve the contradictions that exist in the design.
