工作职责：

①掌控公司施工项目的管理及前后期配套工作，参与工程图纸会审，施工方案和技术措施的审定指导；
②负责审核各分包装饰公司资质；参与审核设计方案；审核施工人员资格；审核装饰材料质量；审核施工质量；审核施工工艺；
跟进施工现场安全及进度，做好分段、分期验收；竣工验收等工作；
③了解、精通各施工工艺流程，熟悉大众及特殊装饰材料，清楚、了解市场材料价格；
④现场管理经验丰富、对设计图纸有一定的理解和消化能力、能做施工组织计划和施工进度计划，能编制施工人员手册；
⑤负责按施工计划跟进施工进度，并协调和做好质量、进度的跟进工作；
⑥负责施工过程中现场工程质量把关、成本核算、业务联系、突发事件的处理；以及公司日常维护、工程的后续相关工作。

任职要求：

1、国家注册一级建造师资格；
2、五年以上大型公装项目或装饰装修双甲级外资企业工作经验，精通室内外公装项目管理、合同管理、配套管理；
3、具备较好的团队精神；
4、执行能力较高。

Responsibilities:

1、Control of the company's construction project management and supporting the work in the first and last stage, involved in engineering drawing reviews, construction plan and technical measure review and guidance;

2、Responsible for auditing the company's qualification of the sub-decoration; involved in design review; review of construction personnel qualifications; audit quality decorative materials; review of construction quality; examine the construction process; follow-up construction site safety and progress, make a good job of sub-phases acceptance and completion acceptance;

3、Understanding, proficient in the construction process, familiar to general public and special decorative materials, clearly understand the market price of materials;

4、Rich experience of site management , have a certain ability to understand and digest on design drawings, do construction plans and construction schedule, can prepare manuals for construction workers;

5、Responsible to follow up the progress of the construction according to construction plans and coordinating to do good quality, time follow-up work;

6、Responsible for construction quality control, cost accounting, business contacts, emergency treatment in the course of construction; daily maintenance, related project work in the last period.

Requirements:

1、More than five years large-scale public projects or decoration mounted dual grade foreign work experience, proficient in interior and exterior public project management, contract management, facilities management;

2、Have a good team spirit;strong power on implement.
