Overview:

The Product Information Center is a group of technical specialists who answer customer questions about AMP and specific acquired products. The position will have direct responsibility for Product Information Center for China and S/AP, located in Shanghai and focus on offering technical support and other inquires associated with TE Connectivity products via email, phone and chat; send reports to sales teams to develop the market potential customers; prepare and carry out product training for distributors and other market customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer inquiries may encompass, but not be limited to, replacement part numbers for obsolete or superseded parts, competitive, customer and military part number crosses to TE Connectivity part numbers, UL/CSA approval information and recommendations of TE Connectivity’s product for specific customer applications.
- Daily receipt and organization of new brochures, catalogs and part specifications is a necessity in order to maintain and expand current knowledge of all existing and new TE Connectivity’s products.
- Use of the electronic catalog, eCommerce and accessing competitor internet sites is required.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Knowledge and technical background in electronics components/Mechanical/Electrical are plus;
- Required and equivalent experience is preferred;
- Active, Honest and Optimistic temper;
- English skill CET-6 or above;
- Strong interpersonal skill;
- Good PC office application skills.
