Responsibilities:
1. Present the proposed production plan for monthly supply review meeting (S&OP),
2. Create a realistic production plan based on the rolling sales forecast, orders and production capacity.
3. Make the monthly/ daily material purchase requirement plan.
4. Control inventory, and maintain a reasonable inventory level, reduce slow moving of goods.
5. Coordinate with CS to implement sales orders qualified
6. Work closely with the production team to ensure daily production schedule are met and on schedule and highlight any deviation from original plans
7. Arrange and conduct weekly planning meeting
8. Identify, negotiate, and resolve conflicts between relative departments in master scheduling process.
9. Responsible to assist Supply Planning Manager as necessary

Requirements:
*3 years professional experience of manufacturing planning function;
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
*Good teamwork sense, trustworthy and loyalty;
*ERP experience for planning module is preferred.
*Good computer special for EXCEL skill;
