Task:
1) Localization / Supply Chain Management (SCM): providing technical support in the management / development of local suppliers of series parts as well as project-specific inquiries on prototypes and trial production including Rapid Prototyping / Tooling
2) Supplier Quality Audit (SQA): providing technical support of SQA in conducting supplier audit (VDA 6.3, QS 9000, ISO) and supplier workshop maturity
3) Industrialization: managing and dealing with engineering issues and problems with suppliers, and technical consultation; carrying out negotiation and technical coordination between local outsourced parts and assembly requirements of VTCN, and offering production startup management (negotiation between assembly device and outsourced parts)
4) Production support: tracking parts in procurement and escalation of critical parts within the organization, and carrying out technical coordination and consultation with local suppliers, for example, review of production capacity
5) Monthly reporting to management department and project organization

7) Developing Know-How on the above points with our local organization of VTCN

Qualification:
1) University graduates specializing in manufacturing engineering, production engineering or mechanical engineering are preferred; alternatively, technicians with corresponding professional experience and practice.
2) Experience in foundry process and tool technology for aluminium die casting and aluminium mold casting
3) Best having the knowledge of production and manufacturing technology of gear parts
4) Several years of experience in supplier management, especially in the automobile industry (OEM and suppliers)
5) Experience in quality and project management, especially in ISO 16949 and VDA audits
6) Fluent in English
7) Teamwork, perseverance, confidence in crisis talks, presentation experience, willingness to travel
