Ogilvy SH Creative Intern JOB Description
We are looking for some Graphic designer/developer (Art Base or Copy Base) intern in Ogilvy Group SH office. This position requires a very detail-oriented visual communicator that excels in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator and image asset creation. The intern will work with internal team members to develop and refine ideas, and must have strong verbal and visual communications skills. The intern should be able to listen closely to team members and create work that reflect what the team members are looking for, and be flexible enough to change their designs. The intern has to be able to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands.
In conjunction, the right candidate will also learn to develop and design the aesthetics, visual design and/or layout of product artwork, component design, marketing materials and packaging to enhance product image. Prepare layouts, line illustrations, slides, poster and charts, displays and printed documents for presentations and advertisements that support image and brand recognition requirements.
? Working to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Literature /Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
? Background in fine arts, graphic design, or publishing combined with college courses in computer science and hands-on computer experience
? Excellent design skills
? Superior Microsoft PowerPoint skills
? Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and In-Design
? An effective communicator, both written and oral
Start Date: Position open until filled, required 3-6 month commitment.
Hours: 20-30 hours/week, preferably 3+ days a week in the office.
