1、负责售后服务体系建设和完善，指导和监督各条线贯彻实施
2、根据市场和产品的发展及需求指导制定相应的售后服务相关的商务政策和策略并进行校对
3、根据市场发展的需要协助制定售后服务网点的开发计划和推动计划的实施及监督落实情况
4、根据市场发展的需要协助制定、组织、监督各类用户售后服务活动的策划、组织和实施
5、组织售后服务管理体系对整个售后服务维修网络中技术支持体系进行有效的控制、管理、监督和考评等工作使其符合公司的各项管理要求和标准
6、监督及审核对特约维修站 / 特约服务中心的各项管理、技术、配件等各项支持和咨询工作
7、监督及审核售后服务维修方面的技术资料的编制、转换、审核和专用设备及工具的开发等工作
8、监督及审核对特约维修站 / 特约服务中心和售后服务相关的业务员以及客户等的各项种类的售前、售中、售后等培训和指导工作
9、监督及审核售后服务体系收集售后市场的信息和用户对产品的改进意见和建议，并配合技术与质量部门对售后市场的车辆故障和产品质量进行分析和改进
10、监督及审核处理各类用户投诉工作以及解答用户各类维护和保养等咨询工作
11、监督及审核处理“商誉索赔”和“大用户”等特殊服务项目的方案策划、报批和执行等工作
12、监督和跟踪全年的售后服务计划和费用预算计划和实施
