岗位概述：完成销售部门订单、合同等销售支持工作;

岗位职责：
1、合同签订前期，协助销售人员与相关部门进行协调并最终确定订单交货期；
2、负责整理公司订单，协助合同评审，包括：交期、价格、付款条件、商务条款等内容；
3、负责及时提供生产计划及销售预测所需的数据；协助订单处理和发货事宜；
4、负责定期汇总销售人员业绩分配和回款统计和佣金申请单；
5、负责分公司投标文件或其它技术文件的盖章及产品样本邮寄；
6、协助公司做好售后服务的订单或投诉单的处理；

岗位要求:
1、教育: 大专以上学历；受过市场营销、财务知识、合同管理等方面的培训
2、工作经历/ 技能: 2年以上相关工作经验；熟练操作办公软件和办公自动化设备
3、态度: 坦诚、自信，高度的工作热情；有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神；
