Responsibilities:

1. Administration of Servers and Clients locally and if needed, within the company network

2. Administration of Network Devices including mobile Devices

3. Manage system back-ups to ensure data security

4. User support in 1st and 2nd level for local users and users in other locations

5. Installation and configuration of Hardware and Software components

6. Troubleshooting and problem analysis

7. Technical Troubleshooting with regards to Application issues

8. Planning and execution of IT projects

9. Support international IT projects

10.Ensure our global standards and compliance

Requirements:

1. Completed education as an IT Specialist or similar experience within this role for at least 5 years

2. Extended experience on first & second level support

3. In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Desktop and Office products.

4. Able to install, configure, troubleshoot and support Windows clients and servers

5. Experience in covering support in a global network

6. Up to date knowledge of current IT trends, options and solutions

7. Flexibility, sense of responsibility and reliability

8. Established knowledge in IT and network security as well as in Data Privacy

9. Ability to work independently

10.Fluent English language skills

11.Multitasking skills while maintaining high quality of work
