Main Responsibilities:
* Create sales confirmation /contract and other paper work related to contract execution.
* Monitor LC opening, amendment timely.
* Assist Singapore headquarter to review and finalize shipping documents for presentation under various payment terms and make sure to get it ready prior to destination for discharging.
* Coordinate with destination port vessel agents, and follow up with vessel movement on daily basis and make sure vessel is discharged successfully.
* Communicate with trading desks, accounting groups, brokers, affiliate offices, customers, loading & discharging facilities to ensure contract fulfills smoothly.
* Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure contractual transaction payments are made and collected timely and safely.
*Monitor cargo intake and release by coordinating with accounting group and cargo agency.
*Input and record contract/execution informaiton in good order by using exested systems.

Qualification skills and experience:

- Bachelor degree in international trade business or relative majors; - (Experience with 3-4 years’ experience in the filed relating to international/domestic shipping operations, preferably in operations. Agribusiness preferred). - Have a great understanding of business string, strong and effective verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English required - Effective time management skills required; ability to take initiative and prioritize - Strong organizational and administrative skills required, ability to work well within a team. Ability to develop effective and constructive solution to challenges and obstacles in operation activity and procedures. Spirit of keep studying new skills. -Frequent in use of Microsoft Office Software, good Excel skill. - Knowledge of UCP 600.
