岗位职责：
1、负责淘宝、微信等平台进口水果店铺的运营
2、每日、周、月监控数据：营销数据、交易数据、商品管理、顾客管理； 运营指标的预测与达成，并实时反馈、监督与改进。
3、品牌年度策划和执行，对促销和推广活动进行追踪，并对其进行结果分析及效果评估。
4、制定网店推广计划，对网店的功能、布局、美观等方面提出改进计划与措施 ，并根据季节、节假日情况进行调整
5、熟悉直通车/钻展…等付费工具及运用。
6、独立策划大型整合营销活动，能够找到性价比高、有效的网络广告及推广方式，分析本店的页面流量等数据，实施有效之推广活动　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
7、根据商品分类和陈列装修原则，管控店铺商品的陈列装修安排，并根据季节、节假日情况进行调整。
任职资格：
1、任职资格： 学历不限，1年以上淘宝/天猫店铺成功运营经验
2、精通淘宝的运营环境、交易规则、推广ROI、付费广告投放，精通淘宝网营销，熟悉淘宝会员的购物习惯和购物心理；
3、熟悉网络推广、传播方式和渠道分销，熟悉电子商务模式与流程；
4、具有较强的市场营销策划能力和实施能力，较强的数据分析、市场分析、竞争分析能力，能够根据市场现状和竞争对手情况制定有效的竞争措施；
5、从事淘宝、天猫进口水果运营推广工作者优先考虑。
6、较强的沟通能力，条理清晰，有合作精神，有责任心。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
7、对工作有激情，工作积极主动、吃苦耐劳、善于创新，并具有快速的学习能力。
8、工资构成：基本工资+绩效奖+补贴

Lytone established a laboratory in 1999 for Research & Development, as well as technical services. Research staffs include experts in biotechnology, food and chemical engineering with Ph. 技术平台 Technology Platform：
微生物相关技术：乳酸菌在食品及动物饲料中之生产及应用、益生菌健康食品之开发。
Microbiology: The Company is able to provide complete set of lactic acid bacteria production know-how. Such know-how can be applied to fermented dairy products such as yogurts and cheese, as well as probiotic products for human and animal.
保鲜及抗菌技术：食品、农产品之保鲜抑菌，及其它产业抗菌相关技术。
Preservation and anti-microbial technologies for food, agriculture and other industries.
蛋白质材料缓释剂型技术：可用于动物生长激素长效产品，及其它类似产品之缓慢释放。
Slow release of protein substances: Applicable to animal hormone and other similar products for long term effects.
客制配方、预混料及终端产品设计：提供客户整体解决方案，以科学的角度进行产品设计，配合客户进行产品开发与认证，有完整文献报告及专利。
Total solutions for nutraceuticals: Tailor made formulation, premix and end product design for customers who have specific health food concepts but are not sure how to do it. All of our products under ODM contracts are made by GMP certified facilities.
