？ Responsibilities:

○ Planning of infrastructure and resources for the plant;

○ Cost calculation from acquisition to series production, planning of ramp-up costs;

○ Planning and design of workplaces of the production lines according to lean principles;

○ Create bill of materials for implementation in the SAP system;

○ Participate in design FMEA and executing the process FMEA, make or buy analyses;

○ Investment and capacity planning (human and machine) for ramp-up and peak production;

○ Creating the production and test concept;

○ Training the direct labor in work station qualification;

○ Determining of standard times for calculation and ramp-up;

○ Determining time studies, value analysis, feasibility studies, and business plans;

○ Searching and selection of suitable suppliers for production equipment and tools with purchasing;

○ Creating concept and detailed layouts by CAD software;

○ Creating detailed work instructions;

○ Creating work plans and implement in SAP system;

○ Responsible for extending, introducing and implementing the new technology, processes;

○ Responsible for manufacturing process continuous improvement;

○ Compliance with agreed time schedule, early information in case of critical deviations to all affected persons;

○ Compliance with valid safety rules and executing the tasks in correspondence with "quality management hand book" (QMH);

○ Responsible for lean implementation in the plant and interface with HQ as lean Champion;

○ Team Management.

Job Specification / required skills:

？ Mechanical or Engineering Bachelor or above;

？ At least 8 years professional experience in automotive industry, preferred with assembly/injection/foaming background;

？ Corporation management and finance management;

？ AutoCAD Knowledge;

？ Good in English;

？ Basic knowledge of project management, quality management (i.e. six sigma) and TS16949;

？ ERP experience, SAP preferred;

？ Lean management;

？ Organizing and team work ability.
