ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.Making travel arrangement for LORD China staff, such as booking airticket, hotel, train ticket, applying visa, passport renew ect.

2.Making travel arrangement for LORD visitors to China, such as booking hotel, domestic airticket, train tickets, applying China visa, meeting room booking, logistic, lunch&dinner, tour arrangement, visitors’ list keep updated ect.

3. Assist in various kinds of events, such as quarterly meeting, annual meeting, anniversary celebration, year outing ect.

4. Set up annual physical examination for all staff and, set Health Lecture ect.

5. Industry and Commerce Annual Inspection of Foreign Company

6. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports in BAP system and company car management

7. Other HR & Admin works

NON-MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1.Take the place of the receptionist when she was on vacation. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate member, sign for and distribute express or similarly delivered package, etc.

2. Perform other related duties as assigned by line manager or regional director.

MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. College or above degree in business administration or other similar profession.

2. Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization.

3. Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.

4. Good at Office Software, especially Excel.

NON-MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. 2-3 years working experience in joint venture or wholly owned venture is preferred.

(Fresh graduate may be considered.)

2. Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.

3. Skills such as communications, effective organizational, time and stress management.

4. Be flexible and willing to learn
