Job Description
-Organize launching and kick-off meeting.
召开开工会和技术交底会。

-To control the project schedule and ensure the quality.
确保项目进度及质量。

-Follow up each key point, such as raw material purchasing, quality control(mid-inspection, end-inspection)
跟踪和控制项目关键点，如原材料采购，质量检验（过程检验、终检）。

-Coordinator with related department (Design, Purchase, Quality, Production) to solve any problem during progress.
与相关部门（技术部、采购部、质量部、生产部等）协调，解决项目过程中的任何问题。

- Keep continuous communication with customers.
与客户不断保持沟通，使其了解项目进度。

-Prepare for reports as required by procedure or customer in contract.
准备压力容器竣工资料。

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree above, major in science or engineering. The major of process equipment and control engineer is preferred.
本科（含）以上，理工科背景，过程装备与控制工程专业优先考虑。

-Minimum 3 working years in chemical equipment project management, preferred with pressure Vessel industry experience.
3年以上非标设备项目管理相关工作经验，压力容器相关行业经验者优先考虑。

-Familiar with design, process, quality and manufacturing.
熟悉过程设备设计、工艺、质量、生产管理等。

-Patient, good communication skill.
耐心，良好的沟通技能。

-Good English skills, Fluent in oral, reading and written.
熟练的英语口语、读写能力。

     Meren Xianda Shanghai Co., Ltd is one of Chinese subsidiaries of Mersen Group as a top quality factory in China which manufactures chemical equipments made by high performance materials.

     With registered capital of 31.495 million U.S. dollars, Mersen Xianda locates at the industrial development zone in Fenxian district.
