职位描述

Responsibilities:

- Ensures HR all functions of staffing, employee relations, employee development, and compensation & benefits for all employees of the organization are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant labor/commercial legislation, corporate guidelines and general HR Management practices.
- To execute the policy and program in line with company strategy and planning.
- To design/execute staff performance program to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness; to design/execute the plans to attract/retain capable staffs
- Plan and implement the development of high performing people and make sure the planning is in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Work on internal equity of job grading and external job matching. Manage and monitor the application of the compensation system to ensure conformance to policies and guidelines
- Improve the employees' satisfactory continuously.
- Provide systematic and efficient administration service to all employees
- Supervise travel system include trip ticket, vehicle, hotel.
- Control the related cost reasonably and effectively.
- Lead the office stationery and employee uniform management
- Supervise other administrative functions such as security guard, cleaner, canteen and drivers.
- To perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by General Manager.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years general HR experience in a multi-national company, including 3 years HR management experiences.
- IT, head hunt industry experience is a plus.
- Good Command of English.
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Excellent communication skills, having ability to work across a multi-functional organization and with employees at all levels.
- Insight to proactively identify issues of the business and come up with practical solutions.
- Ability to coach and counsel employees and managers with various HR issues.
- Ability to give constructive feedback and advice with tact and influence.
- In depth understanding of local labor laws and practice.
