Job Title:Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Direct report:Purchasing Manager

Internal and External Contact:

1.External:Supplier plants

2.Internal:

- Participate QA quality meeting and in-house workshops;

- Provide critical quality information to CP Asia SQE for getting support

Key Responsibilities:

1.To be responsible for supplier quality management of series production

2.To be involved in quality analysis related to supplier’s together with QA and production department. (Quality complaints from incoming inspection, ZF production, and customer’s complaints)

3.To lead the quality complaints handling and problem solving (e.g. 8D) related to suppliers,

4.To collect the supplier PPM data etc, set up an effective system for supplier performance monitoring, evaluation and communications

5.To establish, update and maintain plant SQE procedures and records, to meet the agreed target of TS16949

6.To sssist in technological development of suppliers

7.To conduct process series and process control at suppliers based on internal regulations and VDA 6.3

8.To request/Monitor measures for supplier quality improvement (e.g. 8D)

9.To Analyst and present of quality performance indicators

Requirements:

1.Working experience:Above three years experience in mechanical technologies, quality management, supplier quality management in automotive industry

2.Education:Bachelor, Completed academic study in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification

3.Professional skills and abilities:

- Familiarization of quality procedures and policies. E.g. ISO/TS16949

- Familiarization with quality regulations, e.g. 8D principle

- High motivated and good communication skills

4.Special Requirements:open minded, reliable, team spirit
