2、晶体管级，高速/射频模拟电路设计，仿真，测试与评估，系统验证

3、设计包括高速电路，射频电路，放大器，混频器，数/模，模/数转换，锁相环等

4、配合版图工程师的设计工作

5、配合应用和产品工程师，测试工程师使产品成功进入量产

6、配合应用和现场工程师解答客户技术问题

背景要求

1、在电子/电气工程专业获得硕士学位，有至少2年相关经验

2、熟悉熟悉晶体管、CMOS、功放、偏置电路、数模/模数转换器

3、有高速数模转换、锁相环及高速发射/接收相关方面设计经验者优先

4、良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，良好的沟通合作能力

5、诚实，团结，追求更高

Job Description:

Chrontel IC (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fables chip company. Our products include Display interface transmitter/receiver, TV encoder/decoder, digital TV demodulator, Display Controller mixed-signal ICs. We are currently searching for Digital IC Design Engineers, in variety of levels – Entry to Senior, to join our fast growing team. This position will work on analog circuit design, simulation, verification, analysis, system verification and testing planning.

More specifically, responsibilities will include:

Analog circuit and module specification

Transistor level design of high speed/RF analog circuits, simulation, evaluation and characterization, system verification

Circuits design includes high-speed circuit, amplifier, mixer, D/A and A/D converters, PLLs

Coordinate with Layout engineer in layout/mask design

Coordinate with application and product engineer, testing engineer to bring the products to production successfully

Work with application engineer and FAE to solve customer technical issues

Requirements:

MS Electrical Engineering with more than 2 years relevant experience.

Familiar with transistor, CMOS, amplifier, band-gap, D/A and A/D converters

Preferred to have experience in high-speed circuit, RF transmitter/receiver, PLL

Good in English, good communication and cooperation skills

Chrontel designs, develops and markets semiconductors which enable personal computing platforms to transmit visual information to a variety of display devices, such as televisions and flat panel monitors. We were founded in 1986 and have been developing mixed-signal semiconductor technology since then.
