Job Description

1. Negotiate with Customers concerning product-related environmental topics

2. Communicate with Experts, Customers, competitors and suppliers

3. Work in associations and expert groups

4. Take care about environmental regulations in Asia

5. Take care about customer requirements (IMDS, CAMDS, etc.)

6. Coordinate and creating processes for data management (eg.IMDS, CAMDS, MACSI etc.) together with QEP Europe

7. Coordinate and helping to inform project team about laws / directives / changes / updates / expiry dates together with QEPEurope

8. Take responsibility for SAP compliance tool (MRCS) as business user together with QEP Europe

9. Take responsibility for the definition of how to document and manage the ECNs, BOMs etc., according to projects rules and requirements

10. Help projects (eg. specific reports, collecting project data, prototypes build support etc.) based on request as second level support

11. Take responsibility for creating training materials and providing trainings for SAP / MDSs local or worldwide locations

12. Perform mentoring for co-workers, locally or word wide

13. Potentially participate in Audit for ISO 14001 (support)

Job Requirement

1. University degree or relevant professional experience

2. 3 years working experience in Environmental area

3. 1 year management experience

4. Microsoft Office & SAP

5. Knowledge of Environmental Protection in Product development

6. Knowledge of MDS tools (eg. IMDS, CAMDS, MACSI etc.)

7. Knowledge of automotive product development process

8. Can use English as working language
