Soft Skills（任职要求）：
- College degree or equal degree in engineering or production field.
大专以上学历或者工程、生产等领域具有同等学历资格。
- Minimum 3 years production process and equipment experience on site.
具有至少3年以上生产工艺和设备管理经验。
- Good Microsoft Office skills, basic English level. and CAD or Pro-E
擅长办公自动化、具有基本英语水平，会CAD或者Pro-E制图。
- Diligent and good team-working spirit, able to work under pressure.
勤奋，具有优秀的团队合作精神，并具有抗压性。
- Predictable in process and maintenance problems.
能够及时预防和发现生产过程中的工艺设备等问题，并具有解决问题的能力。


Tasks and responsibilities（职位职责）:
1. To improve space evaluation for existing product craft on production workshops, make the improvement goals and gradually improve the processes.
对生产车间现有产品工艺进行改善空间的评估、制定改善目标并逐步改善各流程。

2. To assembly line process conversion from existing non-pipeline products. e. g. SVS, MSDD, Transformer, etc
对变压器及MSDD、SVS等现有非流水线产品进行流水线工艺转型。

3. Establish and improve the SOP files, guiding training for operation workers.
建立完善的SOP文件，指导培训工人操作。

4. Make and improve the jigs and fixtures up to Production requests.
改善和制作生产所需的工装夹具。

5. Formulate special instrument equipment calibration and maintenance rules.
制定特种仪器仪表设备的定期校验保养细则。

6. Formulate precision instruments equipment calibration rules before usages.
制定精密仪器仪表设备的使用前的校准细则。

7. Collect and manage related technical document.
收集管理相关技术文件。

8. Assist R&D prophase by developing new product introduction work and trial-production during first proofing work.
协助R&D开展新品前期导入工作，以及试产时的首件打样工作。

9. Complete other work assigned from Production Leader.
完成Leader交付的其他一些工作。
