Job Description:

Delivering sales results as company expected;

Implement market strategy and tactics in assigned market/territory, effectively communicate market feedback to the team;

Stay closely with customers, listen to customer voice, understand customer needs, identify gaps and work out solutions for satisfying customer needs meanwhile creating value for the company;

Use CRM to capture all type of business opp. as well as competition information, proactively develop and close new opp. based on market strategy and industry knowledge by offering products/solutions


Position Requirements:

Must have at least bachelor's degree in related field, have more than 5 years experience in a commercial function

Good English skill and communication skill, be able to make communication with global team and different functions

Drive to achieve goals/results, be able to focus on top line as well as profibility growth

Be able to deliver value to customers, use dialogue to clearly understand customer voice and find solutions for customers.

Understand basic material technology and customer application and process, possess current knowledge of market trend, value chain, product life cycle, product/application/technology evolution as well as competition
