职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Establish training system, including policy establishment, resource integration and operating process according to the overall strategy of the company.
2. Training needs collection & Analysis, annual training plan making and implementation.
3. Make sure all the training initiatives/activities run smoothly both in regional office and other sites.
4. Build up E-learning platform at a corporate level, keep optimizing and adjusting the system according to the company strategy and various demands.
5. Build up the curriculum by collaborating with business department and vendor.
6. Support localization and implementation for the learning and development programs, which are required by the global headquarters.
7. Vendor selection, evaluation and management.
8. Documentation for all the training related materials and records.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with major in Education, Management, or Psychologies is preferred.
2. At least 5-year experiences in training and people development area, consulting industry experiences would be a plus.
3. Good communication, presentation, planning and organizing skills.
4. Is good at project management, flexible and easy with various changes.
5. Is familiar with building up and optimizing e-learning platform, as well as designing and developing multi-media courseware.
6. Proactive, open and patient.
7. A quick learner and problem solver.
