Job Responsibility:

1. Create the work instruction for the test equipment and measurement tools.

2. In charge of the calibration for all measurement tools.

3. One time per month to check the status of all measurement tools include product line.

4. In charge of the purchasing requirement for measurement tools when production and quality need.

5. Develop and maintain process quality control plan, incoming inspection and product audit work instruction, as well as quality record format.

6. Coach operator conducting control plan correctly and relative quality acitivites.

7. Report and track manufacturing process CPK/RPPM and cost of bad quality monthly to lead continuous improvement activities.

8. Track all corrective and preventive action status.

9. Other works assigned by plant Quality supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering

2. At least 5 years experience in Automobile industry deep understanding of management system, internal auditor high preferred .

3. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and 8D,CPK, and Problem solving and so on.

4. Experience in Quality system ( ISO/TS16949& ISO9001) .

5. Good sense towards customer quality requirement.

6. Drawing reading capability.

7. Moral of ethics and honesty

8. Willing to work under pressure.
