Brief Description of Job Duties
岗位职责描述
1. Two years Tailor-made training program both nationally and internationally with mentor to supervise progress.
为期两年的国内外针对性培训，由带教老师监督培训进程
2. The training program includes but is not limited to:
培训内容包括但不限于：
-Develop customer planning process improvements in CU/LOG based on NEW/LOG (e.g. internal schedulling, pull processses, direct customer contract)
-Process based interface to ICO & CI regarding planning process improvements (e.g. customer EDI)
-Test improvements with operative entities and train relevant LOG personnel (internal & external)
-Follow-up/lead improvementation together with operative logisitics organization (e.g. DCCN/LOG1)


Brief description of Minimum Qualifications for the Job Candidates
岗位录用条件
1. Master degree in commercial or technical field.
拥有商务或技术专业的硕士学历
2. Speak and write fluent English (additional language skills are plus, preferable German).
英语口语流利，书面表达能力强。掌握其他语言者（德语为佳）会优先考虑
3. Have working experience up to 3 years.
拥有三年左右的工作经验
4. Gathered experience in international environment during study, internship or working.
拥有海外留学、实习或工作的经历
5. Have strong communication skills and leadership potential.
有较强的沟通能力和领导潜能
6. Open-minded and a good team player.
思维开放活跃，并有良好的团队合作精神
7. Mobile (nationally and internationally).
