工作职责：

1、3D设计，负责设计与绘制广告及项目中所需要的3D美术，包括色彩设计，平面效果设计，终端货架效果设计和展示空间的设计。
2、跟进工作的进展速度，向客户部讲述设计作品的创意风格和思想，必要时协调客户部向客户提案。
3、准确把握客户文化及其目标客户群体的特点和需求，根据创意总监及客户需求进行整个广告/项目的核心理念的设计和整体框架的搭建 。
4、从各种渠道收集、研究业界相关的信息，关注分析业界发展趋势。
5、负责3D设计的制作质量控制，保证其高质量的完成。
6、独立与客户沟通，并和业界保持良好的关系。
7、了解部门中正在进行的各个项目，必要时提供建议。

职位要求
1、艺术专业院校毕业，大专以上学历，，3年以上工作经验。
2、熟练应用3DMAX，AutoCAD设计软件及平面设计软件，具备手绘能力优先。
3、良好的沟通，表达和协调能力，高度的工作热情，责任感以及服务意识。
4、具有自主独立精神、工作有条理、执行认真、令人信服、能承担压力、具有团队精神以及举止沉稳可亲。
