Major Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Dealer IT infrastructure standardization:
1) IT Infrastructure Standard management
2) Understand the company current status and design a suitable New Infrastructure Incident/Problem Management Process for the company
3) Implement/Deployed the New Infrastructure Incident/Problem Management Process with Shanghai HQ
4) Continuous improvement to the Infrastructure Incident/Problem Management Process within the company (increase coverage to whole China)

Knowledge / Skills / Competences:
1.Indepth knowledge and hands on experience in networking, system hosting, backup and recovery, security management, firewalls and server operations
2)ITIL Foundation training
3)Have experience with Infrastructure Incident/Problem Management
4) Have experience implementing Infrastructure Incident/Problem Management
5) Ability to communication and align common goals and objective
