职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
- Draft quotes upon RFQ from customer
- Support on contract negotiations, translations, reviews and contract filing
- Support on PO review, acknowledgement and sales order release
- Track deliveries
- Maintain order to cash log
- Issue delivery notice and confirm customer acknowledgement
- Issue invoice and chase for payment
- Other commercial related affairs (customer survey, profile, etc)
Requirements:
Proactive, quick learning skills, willing to work under pressure
Experienced Customer Service Representive or fresh graduate in business arena is preferred.
Fluent English is expected (CET-6 or above)
Full time commitment preferred
