Main responsibilities:

? Support internal sales team on design-in projects and provide technical guidance when necessary;

? Conduct technical interfaces with accounts and distributors and act as the main contact window for Chinese customers and distributors on technical support issues;

? Diagnose and if possible resolve customer issues at field; provide suggestions to RnD or the operation team to prevent from future quality issue occur again.

? Work with sales team and the distributor on the pre and post sales activities with technical product presentation, process explanation, and demo preparation.

? Prepare service reports, arrange internal coordination meetings and act as the project leader when necessary.

? Get information from seminars, exhibitions or customer’s site activities and provide recommendation to the company management team on the planar transformers market trend or new technology trend.

? Analysis the market trend from the Company’s planar transformer market share database, make commendation to the RnD team for new design trend, also acting as coordinator between the Company R&D and the customer’s engineers;

? Deliver trainings to the sales and customer service team.

? Other technical supports required.



Qualifications:

? Bachelor degrees on electric automation, application physics, or other related engineering science.

? Min. 5 years experiences in transformer design and with 2 years in field applications are preferred.

? Strong interest in being a field engineer.

? Ability to understand customer requirements, delivering technical presentations, technology demonstrations, and promoting the Company value and technologies to the China customers;

? Mandarin-speaking & at least written English (CET-4). Good Oral English is preferable but not a must.

? Strong communication and presentation skills (Should be comfortable and confident to convince customers and deliver the technology or solution to the customers, and delivery clearly information to colleagues from other countries.

? Ability to be proactive, work on own initiative, to deadlines, as well as being able to work as a member of a small but dynamic team;

? Ability to work independently to achieve goals established in a team environment.

? A quick learner and team-player.

? Travels are required.
