JOB PURPOSE:

1/Follow up orders
- Ensure timely Deliveries and Administrative requirements.
- Support quality process with Technical department in coordination with customers and suppliers

2/Sourcing items
- Investigate prices with factories based on Technical Datasheet / Packing Specification and Payment terms
- Consolidate and Summarize Makers quotations for different projects from different customers.
-negotiation with suppliers every working days.
-In contact with customers every working days.

3/ Communication with customers
Be able to understand customers request and reply with team manager.

Skills required:
1/ Good English
2/ 1 or 2 years experience in lighting or electric or electronic fields
3/ Minimum 3 years experience in trading company
