Lead Designer 主策划

Requirement:

l +6 years experience

l At least had worked on released 3 titles

l Must have led a tame on a finished console game

l A working knowledge of standard industry game engines, design toolsets and production pipelines.

l Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.

l Visionary. Be able to setup creative goals for different types of games and communicate to the team.

l Experience with Scrum is a plus

Responsibility:

l Work directly with the creative director and other members of the project’s management team to define the vision for the game

l Work directly with the Design Manager and Producer to define the designers' workload and processes necessary

l Create documents and visual materials that clearly communicate design ambitions

l Create creative guidelines

l Define clear goals for designers at different stages of a project

l Lead the team through the development of different types of console game

l Run regular game review sessions and other data-gathering exercises in order to gather the information necessary to refine and polish the game experience

l Mentor designers throughout the project as well as other designers in the department

l Serve the team as an expert on competitive products and as an advocate for our core audience

l Work with the Design Manager to grow the Design Department: participate in interviews, evaluations and training

要求：

l 6年以上工作经验

l 至少参与过3个成功发售的游戏的制作

l 至少作为LEAD管理过一个成功发售的游戏（从开始到最后结束）

l 熟悉当今单机游戏制作中常用的游戏引擎, 精通各种策划工具，了解各种单机游戏的制作流程

l 超强的语言表达能力，包括口头和书面的语言组织能力

l 在游戏创作上具有远见。 能够为不同类型的游戏指定创作方向，并能把这些创作方向有效的传递给组员

l 具有SCRUM 经验者优先

职责：

l 直接同创意总监以及其他一些项目管理人员一起为开发的游戏制定创作方向

l 与策划经理，项目制作人一起定义策划在该项目中的工作流程和职责

l 制作能够用来展示游戏方向的创意文档，视觉材料以及其它的一些相关材料。

l 制定创作指导方针

l 在不同的开发阶段，为团队成员制定明确的工作目标

l 带领团队完成各个阶段的游戏开发

l 主持各种审查会议，对团队成员完成的工作给予迅速和及时的反馈，以确保最后递交高质量的游戏体验

l 对所在项目中策划的工作方法和技巧给予指导。并同时注意分享经验给其它项目的策划人员

l 在项目制作中同时扮演制作专家和客户顾问的身份来指导和审阅制作团队的工作

l 同策划经理一道完成部门的发展和扩张：参与招聘，评估和其它的一些培训工作
