Senior Game Designer资深游戏策划

Requirement:

l +4 years experience

l Has at least worked on 2 released 2 titles　

l Was a senior designer in his previous company　

l Superb written and oral communication skills.

l Strong ability to deconstruct high level creative direction into specific technical details, features and tasks both for system and level design　

l Ability to work in highly collaborative, interdisciplinary, iterative environment　

l Ability to learn new software tools and technologies　

l Good at mentoring other designers on his project and inside the Design Department　

Responsibility:

l Understand the game's direction and develop levels/systems to achieve it　

l Work closely with the leads to create core game systems or main levels in different types of project 　

l Help the lead/director to prototype key features for system or level to demonstrate the core game concept to the client or team members

l Write down necessary system or level design document to identify the gameplay experience.

l Actively participate in design specific discussions and design reviews

l Point out issues both on the creative and production side to the management team to avoid potential risks.

l Train junior designers on relevant design tools or production tools

l Share knowledge and mentor junior designers

l Propose to the Design Manager ways to improve the Design Department

要求：

l ４年以上策划工作经验

l 至少在２个以上的已发行的游戏项目中工作过

l 在以前的工作公司里已经取得资深策划的职位

l 良好的沟通技巧，不论口头还是书面

l 较强的“解码”能力，能够把领导给予的创作纲领解码为实际的工作任务，

l 能够在一个高合作性，多重复性的工作环境中工作

l 具有非常强的学习能力，能够根据需要迅速掌握新的工具和技术

l 能够帮助和辅导初级策划，无论项目外还是项目内

职责：

l 在理解游戏制作方向的基础上，完成相应的系统或关卡的制作

l 与lead进行深度合作，以完成游戏中核心的系统或重要的关卡

l 帮助Lead或Director 创建关键游戏元素或关卡的示范模型，以此向客户或内部组员展示游戏的核心玩法和游戏性

l 通过撰写必要的系统或关卡策划文档来定义游戏的核心游戏体验

l 主动的参与各种同策划有关的讨论和审查

l 帮助项目管理团队指出制作中项目的各种问题，包括创意方向问题或制作问题

l 负责在工具和技术方面培训初级策划

l 主动分享并帮助初级策划成长

l 向策划经理提议各种提高策划部门的方法
