要求/Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Instrument/Automation related fields.
2. At least 3~5 years working experience in instrument or mechanical products manufacturing background.
3. Be good at Auto CAD.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must with the ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.
5. Be good at MS office, PC skills.
6. Fluent English skill both in oral and written.
7. Open minded with new ideas, market driven.

工作职责/Main Duties:
1. Understand the production structure completely; make the complete and correct list of the BOM and engineering drawing for all necessary BOM parts.
2. Perform calculations and analysis to meet design specifications and interpret product purpose and applications.
3. Calculate and optimize product BOM cost. Consult with manufacturing engineers and vendors to produce detailed engineering documentation and/or parametric models that portray all necessary dimensions and attributes required to ensure economical and quality products.
4. Responsible for engineering changes.
5. Responsible for product certification with third body.
6. Datasheet and application introduction building.
7. Support for making proposal according to application.
8. Support other members of the team as needed.
