岗位职责：
1. 了解客户对各类宣传资料、广告的设计制作要求；
2. 独立且高质量的完成设计方案，包括品牌形象设计、海报、宣传册、产品、平面效果、网站设计等；
3. 清晰操作广告设计及制作的流程；跟进管理平面类制作物制作、打样、质量管理等工作；
4. 负责控制每件作品的校对审核工作，避免设计及印刷上的质量问题发生，满足客户要求；
5. 协助监督设计师完成设计任务，对设计的画面布局合理、美观程度负责；


任职要求：
1. 3年以上设计经验， 1年以上指导初级设计师的经验；
2. 熟练运用photoshop, illustrator等设计相关软件；
3. 大专及以上学历，美术功底深厚，手绘能力强；
4. 有会展、广告项目工作经验更加爱
5. 熟悉印刷技术及材料，能独立平面相关设计内容。
6. 有良好的团队合作意识，易沟通，爱岗敬业，有责任感；
7. 具备团队协作精神和极强的沟通能力，能承受工作压力；
