Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Possess deep engineering knowledge in the related EE commodity.
- Sound knowledge of procurement related functions. - Previous R&D support experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of puchasing and quality operations with ability to improve processes and implement policies to enhance effectiveness of the department.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Able to prioritize rapidly in response to changing business, enviroment and manage high stress.
- Possess strong project management skills.
- Good team work.
- Eyes for detail and must be systematic and able to find root causes in a chaotic enviroment.
- Sound integrity and able to provide constructive feedback even if it is against the prevailing system or approach.
- Supply base development, evaluate and review supplier performance, parts mfg & assembly, quality control, 1st article check, documentation control, materials AOS support etc.
