Purpose of the Job
Manage and ensure a sustainable implementation of the FRONT LOADING Program within the Region Asia-Pacific and thereby actively contribute to the implementation of the Corporate Materials Management Strategy.

Internal contact to:
- Materials Management Directors and Head of MM Region Asia Pacific
- ZF Divisions and Plants in the Region Asia-Pacific
- Corporate Materials Management
- HR Department

External contact to:
Suppliers and related business partners.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Ownership and single point of contact for the assigned overall FRONT LOADING Program in the Region Asia-Pacific.
2. Manage the talent pool “FRONT LOADING” and build up the management system and tools, e.g. budget planning and reporting system, employee development plan etc.;
3. Ensure the full integration of the talent pool as well as the full training plan implementation.
4. Coordinate cross-divisional/functional projects in the area of Materials Management within the Region Asia-Pacific.
5. Give process support in the realization of the appropriate projects and ensure high competence as well as high contribution on all levels to effective project execution.
6. Continuously thrive to identify new improvement projects and approaches to increase productivity within materials management & logistics processes.
7. Develop and deliver regular status reports of the overall FRONT LOADING PROGRAM as well as documentations and presentations.
8. Effectively communicate project expectations and delegate tasks and responsibili-ties to the appropriate talent pool members; ensure a successful work environment.
9. Coach, mentor and motivate the talent pool members within their projects as well as influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.
10. Evaluate the talent pool members according to the performance and potential.
11. Drive the allocation of the team members in their final position.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. University degree (MBA)
2. 15+years related experience in Operations, Purchasing or Project Management.
3. Excellent project management skills.
4. Strong leadership skills.
5. Good knowledge of the ZF Group Organization
6. Excellent MS-Office skills.
7. Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English.
