Main Tasks/Responsibilities

1.Visa job:

1.1 All kinds of foreign visa and invitation letter application

1.2 Foreigner visa related jobs, such as temporary residence certification, medical check arrangement, driving license examination arrangement and so on.

2.Recruitment/On board/Contract/Position transfer/Leaving Procedure management:

2.1 Support to finish the recruitment as recruiting plan and HR process.

2.2 Support to handle the on board/contract/position transfer/ leaving procedure issues

2.3 Take pictures and do the name card for the new employees

2.4 Documentation

3. Others

3.1 Maintain HR System.

3.2 Do HR report, eg: Visa Report

3.3 Fix other tasks assigned by superiors

Qualifications required/Knowledge

1. Highest level of education: Bachelor degree

2. Subject area: English, HR or related fields

3. Occupation: HR

4. Occupational Experience: Appropriate experience of 2+ years

5. Languages: Mundari and English

6. IT: MS Office

7. Key qualifications:

visa application experience of 1+ year; Team spirit; Conversational skills; Presentation and Moderation
