GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

To manage IS infrastructure related system administration, regional site support and projects in APAC.

? Manage all IS Infrastructure projects for entities in China & Korea
? Manage all IS Infrastructure and site support staffs for entities in China & Korea
? Set up regional helpdesk and maintain user satisfaction with problem resolution
? Insure compliance to corporate IS infrastructure standards.
? Implement all technical audit compliance requirements, ensure SOX controls and responsibilities are maintained
? Work with IS site support staff in each site to implement audit requirements
? Assess technical capabilities of site IS personnel, develop people in necessary.
? Recommend technical training, as needed, for IS staff
? Continuously look for ways to improve processes and IS operations
? Site visit and periodical roadshow to site management.
? Adminstratively manage and support whole IS team, including application supporting team Asia Pacific in Shanghai headquarters

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
? Minimum 8 years experience working in corporate environment on IS infrastructure projects.
? Minimum 5 years experience working in international company required.
? Minimum 5 years management of technical personnel required.
? Must be competent in with Microsoft products, desktop, server, and networking technologies.
? Understands IS standards and compliance. Experience on preparing IS audit.
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
? Self motivated with the spirit of "pursuit of excellence”. Proven track record in optimizing infrastructure activities with better result.
? Logical thinking with good analytical skill. Be proactive and positive, careful and detail.
? Must be hands-on, team oriented and feel comfortable in a fast paced environment.
? Excellent communication skill preferred.
