职位描述
岗位职责
1、创意指导：带领创意小组对客户的任务进行创意实现，控制美术、文字、动画的构成符；合品牌策略及创意标准；
2、小组管理：对小组的工作细化负责，协调客户工作的执行,对创意小组的工作进行带领指导；内部沟通：配合CD、ACD进行工作下达，协调公司内部资源，与其他协作部门对客户任务进行沟通，对CD、ACD进行工作汇报；
3、客户沟通：对客户进行创意提案；
4、第三方配合：配合第三方实现相应的工作协调；
岗位要求
1、4年以上业内设计经验，接受过正规的美术/设计方面的训练，具备优秀的艺术构思能力和设计技巧；
2、优秀的设计能力和创意能力；
3、熟悉公司设计业务流程及规范，具体良好的项目整体设计管理、进度与质量控制能力；
4、对 Photoshop 、flash8.0、Illustrator 等的使用须达到专业水平；
5、必须具备有关 Flash、HTML/dHTML 和网络浏览器各项功能的全面知识；熟悉互动网络广告行业运作模式，对互联网媒体和互动产品有较深的理解；
6、工作认真踏实，有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神。
