岗位职责：
1、带领Design团队进行Mobile & PC端的网站UI/VI创意设计
2、挖掘和分析用户的使用习惯及体验感受，为产品设计和用户体验提供指引
3、定期的案例分析及移动交互趋势和动态分析；
4、定期组织内部交互培训和交流

任职要求：
1、熟练Photoshop& Illustrator操作，有手工绘图技能者优先；
2、对Mobile页面的视觉及交互设计有深入研究
3、有培养中初级设计师的能力和方法，能将培训指导结果付诸于项目并获得成效
4、多互联网有充分的热情，能保持自我学习的态度。
5、拥有不错的口头能力，对内能充分调动积极性和主持内部会议，对外能向客户阐明设计思路和理念。
6、网页设计领域5年以上经验，其中移动互联网2年以上并全程参与过项目/产品案例的经验
