Responsibilities:

- Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area according to company core business.
- Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance.
- Ensure business objectives are met within the timeline.
- Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
- Plan sales & marketing approach technique
- Attend sales meeting & negotiation
- Work in multi-functional team to deliver sales target
- Liaise with Headquarter (Singapore/Switzerland) & other regional office for the technical support
- Perform pre-sales and post-sales marketing activities with the aim of growing served market, developing un-served market segment, creating new customer base, maintaining existing customer-relationship and, providing information and recommendations for continuous improvement to other functions (namely; sales & applications and project). Work within the assigned marketing budget and ultimately contribute to the bottom-line (value creation) of the company business.
- Providing sales forecast and market reports.
- Manage the customer database (MIS).

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above in Chemical/Polymer/Fiber Production Engineering,
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in industrial sales. Experience in Bio-Polymer Production industries will be an added advantage.
- A team player with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent Presentation & Negotiation skills.
- Results oriented with a strong sense of achievement and customer orientation.
- Conscious to work in an international environment.
- Available for frequent traveling

要求：
-本科（含）以上学历，化学工程和工艺/高分子聚合物/化工/化学纤维产品工程专业
-至少2到3年的工业产品营销经验。有生物聚合物生产相关工作经验的优先考虑
-良好的团队人际交流能力
-优秀的演讲和谈判能力
-强烈的以成绩和顾客取向为自己的结果导向
-有在国际环境下工作的意识
-能接受频繁出差
