1. 负责照明产品、控制、智能网络等应用技术的技术发展等新产品的研究和技术储备； In charge of lighting products, controls, smart network, related to the application technical development, research and technical solutions provider;
2. 全面负责照明光源、灯具以及相关新创意照明产品的开发创意工作，根据产品设计书、市场热点、新技术、新材料进行方案设计，包括各模块的选型、设计、首样开发和测试；Leading the design team of lamps, luminaires and the related innovation lighting products in term of the technologies inputs like product design sheets, market hot spot, new technologies, new materials, including the choice on the functional modules, design, prototype and testing. Optical innovation is the first priority;
3. 协调与市场部门、工厂技术团队、电子硬件、结构和软件等相关部门，完善新产品概念；Coordinate with marketing, factory technical team, electrical mechanical and software team to improve the new concept approaches;
4. 联合外部资源进行光学、热学、电学及控制的方案整合，包括照明但不限于照明的设计、开发、测试、试产和量产；Combine the external resources on optics, thermos, electrics and control solutions for lighting, but more than lighting on the design, develop, testing, pilot run and mass production;
5. 对关键技术有初步的商业计划判断能力及供应链考核能力，具有相关产品量产经验；Decision abilities on the business feasibilities and supplier chain evaluation, experienced with mass production.
6. 作为行业专家参与照明行业的技术讨论和演讲；保持对照明行业的技术变更保持敏锐嗅觉；Participate, as a member, in technical groups to do the discussion and speech; keeping up to date on new updates regarding changes in lighting industry.
7. 善于提出技术问题，并能够反应以提高团队的能力改善来解决问题；Strong leadership on technical problem raised and have quick response on improvements and team organization to solve the issues.
8. 对LED行业的技术、照明要求等方案有广泛的了解和经验，光学背景并不限制于其他专业的了解;Must be experienced in LED industry and lighting industry both in depth and width. Optical background including but not limited to other majors.
9. 相关专业本科及以上学历，英语流利，沟通技巧和组织能力优秀；Bachelor degree, fluent English, high communication and organization skills.
10. 关注客户，热情，并具有自我驱动的能力，为客户提供新产品的概念和思路；A strong customer focus, and the energy , enthusiasm and motivational power and ability to inspire the development of new high quality products for our customers.
11. 熟悉相关行业标准，并能够独立开展工作，且能带领团队完成任务；Familiarity with industry standards and experienced at working both independently and in team-oriented environments.
12. 优秀的文档组织能力，以便于更好的管理、沟通和表达新概念和思路；Well-tuned documentation skills to accurately and efficiently communicate with management to express new ideas.
13. 有创新精神、团队合作精神，能够承受压力并达成目标；
