Responsibilities:
1. Conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes compensation structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation;
2. Assist to design and implement performance management system;
3. Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis, and maintain internal balance by providing guideline and counseling to ensure competitive C&B package to attract, motive and retain qualified people;
4. Responsible for the development and implementation of C&B system ;
5. Develop and implement the Foreigner Tax Planning;
6. Support on personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing;
7. Regularly review and update C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
8. Provide C&B and Performance training to first line manager and assist each department to achieve the performance appraisal;
9. Ensure all transactional C&B matters are managed in an accurate and efficient manner;

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree;
2. At least 3 years working experience in MNC, and 2 years in C & B management;
3. Fluent English both verbal and writing and a good command of computer skills ;
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills required;
5. Strong people management and development skills;
6. Familiar with local labor legislation and market practice;
7. Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in a fast growth environment.
