Job title: Cost Accoutnant 成本会计

Job responsibilities:
Costing accountant reports to Costing manager and Base in Shanghai

Under the responsibility of the Costing Manager, Responsible for the following regular work to ensure the compliance of local GAAP and USD GAAP and Autoliv accounting requirements

Daily:
1. Maintain and control the Standard Cost in the EPR
2. Maintain sales price and purchase price in the EPR
3. Make item activation in ERP system.
4. Related cost information daily gathering, tracking and controlling, prepare for monthly closure.
5. Local key user for ERP system.
6. Inventory report

Weekly:
1. Weekly Dash Board Report preparation.
2. Weekly Scrap Analysis Report preparation.

Monthly:
1. Make monthly cost related sub-ledger booking/verification/reconciliation.
2. Monthly mid-month sales forecast and rolling sales/direct cost forecast.
3. Support Cost supervisor to make monthly sales/OH/direct labor efficiency/Inventory/ITR analysis report.
4. Other cost related analysis report like freight in/freight out/package and etc.

Quarterly:
1. Quarterly obsolete and slow moving inventory calculation and booking.
2. Quarterly internal transfer price for AZJ review and update.

Yearly:
1. Annual cost related internal & external audit.
2. Annual sales & direct cost forecast.
3. Annual internal transfer price review and update.
4. Annual QAD cost related master data review and update.

Continuous improvement, and any other tasks assigned by costing manager and finance manager.

Requirements
- 4 + years working experience with multinational manufacturing companies;
- Working experience with ERP system, MFG PRO is a plus;
- Good English communication skills, both written and oral Proficiency in PC skills, especially spreadsheet processing;
- Mature and good business acumen Ability to work effectively under pressure;
- Quick learner, team work spirit and able to work under pressure.
